Sannette Viljoen certified in 2010 as an Earned Value Professional (EVP) with AACEI (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International) and in 2011 as a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) also through AACEI. She has acquired her Corporate Communication degree (B.BK) from Potchefstroom University (RSA) in 1997. Sannette has more than 14 years’ experience in Project Cost Engineering and Project Controls, and currently works as a Cost Control Manager. She gives input at MWC’s 3-day training workshops, mostly covering the CPR (Cost Performance Report). Read more about the training under the Training/Workshops tab above.

Willie has been the Managing Director of Marwillcor (Pty) Ltd.* since 1987 and later Marwillcor Project Control Services (Pty) Ltd. He has more than 35 years’ experience in project controls, covering mining, paper and pulp, petro-chemical, power generation and nuclear projects.

Catherine manages the MWC Human Resources, Salary and Debtors Department. She is responsible for client liaison on behalf of MWC, handling Professional Service Contracts and quotes between MWC and their Clients. Catherine also manages the MWC Payroll system and salary related matters for the sub-contracted staff and full-time employees. The Debtors Department and related responsibilities are an integral part of her daily tasks which include submitting invoices, following up on payments and liaising with clients, contractors and employees, ensuring a consistent cash flow. She handles her tasks with pride and joy fulfilling her part in the MWC Team.
Wim is a graduate from both the University of Pretoria and Stellenbosch University where he acquired his B.Com and B.Phil degrees.
Wim has several years’ working experience in finance where he consulted to corporates preparing for Financial Audits.
Currently Wim is involved in setting-up project controls and dash board reports based on Earned Value Management Principles. He is also assisting Willie Viljoen (Director of MWC) in the facilitation and development of a forum for Project Controls and a new four-level world-wide training workshop based on Earned Value Management Principles.
Amelia studied at the University of Pretoria to graduate in the field of Consumer Science, majoring in Retail Management but after marrying Willem Viljoen Jnr in 2008, she decided to work for the family business (MWC).
As you may have guessed, Amelia coordinates the training workshops for MWC, which Willie and Sannette presents. Coordination of a workshop consists of a multitude of tasks which in short includes, marketing, registering attendees, invoicing, sending out workshop information, maps, and instructions, and very importantly printing the ECSA accredited certificates of attendance for each attendee. After each workshop Amelia summarises the assessment forms and gives feedback to Willie and Sannette for improvement (where needed) in future workshops.

Deirdré has 10 years’ experience in the EPCM environment and served as Document Controller and Cost Controller before making a move to become the Office Administrator at MWC.
Being the Office Administrator at MWC, Deirdré now has the normal responsibilities of general administration and communication, but also has the responsibility of editing and fine tuning the Curriculum Vitae’s of suitable candidates to be placed at major EPCM companies around Southern Africa under the MWC name. She is also the manager of MWC’s Employment Equity Plan for skills development; and also does the company’s payments and VAT submissions.
Willem studied at the Tshwane University of Technology to acquire his Diploma, and is currently studying for his B.Tech degree, which he will finish in June 2013. Willem has over 6 years’ experience in project planning and consulting on Primavera software, which includes consulting for major companies in the Oil & Gas-, Power Utility- and Engineering and Construction Industries throughout South Africa.
Currently Willem is a Project Planner, and he is also assisting Willie Viljoen (Director of MWC) in the development of a new four-level world-wide training workshop based on Earned Value Management Principles.
